The building was built in 1970 and renovated in 1999. There are a total of 49 rooms spread over 6 floors, of which 13 are single rooms and 36 are doubles. Various facilities are available to guests including a cosy foyer with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk as well as a 24-hour reception.
